Customer service is top notch! The entire process was so smooth. In the winter my windshield cracked, in hindsight I would have fixed it sooner. The cost was very reasonable. I thought it would be more$$. They ordered my replacement and came to my house. Between rain showers they replaced it in my driveway. I am so happy with the new one. The old one went with them. Great job John! Thanks for making this simple on my end. I recommend 100%

I went there today as I had a rock chip in my front windshield. Every person that I encountered was so helpful and they fixed the rock chip and I was on my way. What a wonderful business I would recommend them to anyone!

Unbelievable service!! Originally had an appointment booked with Safelite through my insurance company, which required me to go to their shop in the middle of the day and wait 2 hours for the job to be done. Decided to call my Subaru dealership and they recommended Bradford Glass. So glad they did! Not only was it nearly half the price, but they came to my house on time to replace the windshield in approximately 20 minutes! They were extremely polite and professional. Paying attention to every detail.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have had Dustin and Mike come to many jobs at my shop for me. They're always professional, kind and fast. This last job they did was a sun roof on a 2015 Ram. When I say this was a nightmare, I'm not kidding. They want above and beyond to get this right. 3 different trips to be exact. I would recommend not only Dustin and Mike but everyone at Bradford Glass. They're all around great people to work with. Best glass company I've ever worked with in the 9 years I've been in the collision industry.

The company does a good job installing glass but needs significant improvement on project management. On two of 3 install appointments they told me there were problems with glass that was ordered and they could not complete the job. Once because color was wrong and a second time because the size was wrong.Message to Bradford Glass: Please consider the benefits of performing incoming inspections on glass PRIOR to setting appointments with your customers. My time is valuable also, so please come prepared.

Called Friday afternoon about getting my Cherokee window replaced. They ordered and received the window over the weekend and were installing it at my house Monday morning. Professional & respectful & no BS charges - quoted price was the final price. Keep it up boys

Fast and friendly, able to come and repair my windshield prior to leaving my home. They replaced my windshield in another vehicle and a rock hit the brand new glass. They sent out a repair crew the next day and fixed it for FREE.

These guys were fast and efficient. Super friendly. They looked at my shower door and pinpointed the problem immediately. You can tell they know what they are doing. Pricing was great, service amazing and my door is perfect. So glad I found them 10 stars!

Could not be happier. They returned my call quickly and set an appointment with me the next day at my house. They pulled up in two professional looking vans and changed out my windshield right in my driveway. I think the whole ordeal took about 30 mins. They did a clean, quick job and I will refer them to anyone I encounter. Good job!
