Greyhound Centre

Ive been on five trips so far and somethings gone wrong every single time. I kept taking it thinking they just have some bad days and it'll get better, but it never does. It's nice that they have wifi on the bus, but so does everyone else. These people need to really relax their refund/exchange policies and amp up their customer service instead of giving out monopoly money when they decide they don't feel like leaving on time. This is the only choice if you're a broke student like me, but if you have a little more to spend, spend it somewhere else, where your patronage will be valued.

Very safe and pleasant trip home from Lethbridge, during the worst weather, New Year's day. Helpful, kind drivers. The bus Depots, however are barely satisfactory. Most were not even open that day, so no restroom, because of the holiday.

Racist no respect and disgusting low standars no toilet paper no soap when I complaind to bus driver driving me. He attacked me verbally told me me take it! Take the low standards then others whites started picking on me because they saw bus driver from edmonton to calgary disrespect me. its Monday Aug7 2017 I hope bus driver is laughed at for the woman hater racist he is! I hope red deer is known as kkk land and civilized people stay away from this awful greyhound bullies!!!! Disgusting low standars! Disgusting greyhound bullies disgusting white bus driver bully! Disgusting!

Quick staff for sending a package. And when arrives they call multiple times to make sure you come and pick it up. Plus they always check I.D. so you know it's only going to be you receiving your package!

I've always liked how centrally located it is. I'm very unhappy to hear it is moving to the edge of town. Not impressed with location change. Terrible decision for those without vehicles! I hope access to city transportation will be made a priority for those who need to come into town on their own.

The bus drivers need to let people know where you are when you are arriving into a town or city. I fell asleep woke up and asked another passenger where we weremhe said he didn't know because the bus driver never said anything. Then late getting into Calgary missed bus going to Red Deer, thank god we got on bus with passengers going to Edmonton. Then i couldn't get a hold of my son who was picking me up in Red Deer saying we are running late, cause no Wifi n bus!! Ugh luckily i got a hold f him when i got to Red Deer terminal. Pus i was getting kicked out of the terminal because they were closing soni waited outside for my son♥ i love taking the bus but it gets kinda hairy! !

Package was sent away later then sender was told it would be. When it finally got there at 7:30 PM the clerk threw it on the counter and wouldn't even look at my ID. Anyone could have picked it up. Not good!

The ladys" working in their offices/bus stations are really rude and unprofessional

Take the bus frequently with Grey hound. Over all good experience sometimes the odd bus here and there the charging ports didn't work so it made the journey really tough not being able to use your phone

It's not a big bus depot, but still you can have some drinks or snacks. They have wi-fi, too.
