The lady always there very nice and gets it right with my alterations and hemming. Been going there alot and last visit was great had a long sleeve altered which fit perfectly. Good job.

I brought a bridesmaid dress into the shop to get hemmed. The staff were courteous, and they took my measurements for the length. When I went to pick up the dress from the shop, the length had hardly been altered and was still quite long. The bottom of my dress had stains - the staff said it was water, but this seemed like an oil stain. I refused to accept the dress as was. The staff said they would take care of it, and I had to leave the dress once again. It seemed like the had it dry-cleaned. I don't think I would return because of this and because I was running on a strict timeline of which I told them, but staff was nice.

Took my wedding dress here to get altered and they did a wonderful job! I had to bring it back in just before the wedding (not their fault, something I didn't realize needed a change) and they were able to squeeze in the modification for me. Super friendly and did a great job to make my dress perfect!

Oh my 1 wedding dress and 3 bridesmaids dresses fix in a reasonable time. Work was done excellent!Not that bad out of the pocket book.I recommend her anytime to anyone, to alter dresses,pants. Thanks for listening to my concerns on alterations Vivian.and fixing very last minute messes on dresses.

Vivian’s replaced my child’s winter jacket zipper with a new one and did it so well and quickly. The customer service was wonderful. And the new zipper is a perfect match and great quality.

My wife recently got her wedding, bridesmaid, flower girl, and mother of the bride's dresses altered here for our June 2019 wedding.All four dresses were done perfectly. They were even able to add a little extra fabric to the mother of the bride's dress on the sides to improve the look and comfort of it. They also added a necklace to the flower girl dress.Everything was perfect, prices were excellent, and everything was done on time. We will definitely be back in the future.
