I can not say enough about Pro Motions customer service and value. This is an amazing local business for the people of Beamsville and Grimsby area to support. Rick and his team were welcoming and extremely professional. I needed a quick temporary tire repair and new tires. Rick was able to fix my leak the same day that I brought the tire in, I called several local shops and got terrible responses. Rick was accommodating and extremely professional. A week and a bit later, I returned to replace my tires. Returning to this establishment and supporting local was a no-brainer. Rick and I made a decision on new tires for my SUV, which was in the best interest of my families safety with value and tire wear as important secondary choices. This is an amazing local business that everyone in our towns should support. Rick will have a lifetime customer and supporter in me, as long as he is in business. Thankyou.

An absolute pleasure to deal with by paying attention to details in the installation process to cleaning the tires after the install. If you expect a clean, smooth and perfect installation of your wheels and tires then this is the place to have them installed. Great job! won't go anywhere else

Rick was great to work with to find rims for our car. There was never any pressure to make the sale, just always great advice and professionalism. Genuinely nice guy that always goes the extra mile to make sure he has happy customers. Even stayed late to wait for us to get our car after we had the rims installed. Highly recommend this company and will be using again!

I went to this location on Feb 21/23 to purchase rims/snows for my new to me 21 Ram Truck...I dealt with Rick and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of....Not only did they have what I wanted, but also was able to get me in right away for installation of my new tires and rims ( looks amazing ).... The service provided was top notch and the hour plus drive was worth it. Thank you!!!!
