Highly recommend. The work was meticulous. Graham explained everything clearly and I can't believe what was accomplished in a day. Even after an extremely long day of work clean up was great. We're really happy and would go with Mackenzie again for any future work.

We had a sudden plumbing leak in our ceiling/wall this week and Mackenzie Plumbing & Heating was an absolute lifesaver. So prompt, courteous, and professional; they were able to come out quickly and diagnose and fix the problem. He went the extra mile to let us know about the potential hazards of mold in the drywall. I don't know that I would trust anyone quite as much as I trust Mackenzie Plumbing & Heating!

We were so happy that we called Graham for a plumbing job we needed done. He not only completed the job quickly and professionally but went above and beyond to identify and fix some safety issues we didn’t know about and point out non-urgent problems we might want to consider having resolved later. We will definitely be calling him back in the future.

Graham has worked on many projects in our house and he is amazingly fast, responsive, nice, respectful, and does great work.Bathroom renovation: shower, sink, and even moving the toilet stack back a few feet before installing the toilet to give us a bit more room! He even recommended a great line of Canadian made taps that we didn't know about and that look great and function simply.Kitchen renovation: Sink moved over and installed, and totally new dishwasher install.Other: clothes washer installed and cleared our wastewater exist pipe after it was backing up.We'll definitely be consulting and using him for our basement bathroom renovation.
