Our representative was Diana Ma. My parents underwent the process of downsizing in early March. As seniors my parents needed a person who was patient but also had thoroughness so that they could have complete trust in the process. We were able to receive that kind of quality service with Diana and make the entire home selling and buying process super straightforward, efficient and without any issues to setbacks ahead of both closing dates. She was also very much on top of things and would be sure to check up on us and provide and request updates to ensure the process ran smoothly. Keep in mind this was all during the initial phases of COVID which added another layer of complexity to the over situation. But nonetheless we were extremely happy with the closing details and my parents are now living happily in their dream retirement home. Thank you Diana!

Had a Very bad experience with Crystal Chen. Unprofessional and bad attitude. The closing was delayed because of a mistake she made. Had to pack everything and find a hotel to stay for the extra night. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t compensate our loss. Kept finding excuses. Charged above average legal fees but didn’t even get the job done on time. Avoid this firm.

Realestate lawyer focus on Chinese community, they speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin, I was recommended to them by a good friend, but had a really bad experience, my impression is they assigned too much cases to one staff, they just don't have enough time to help you on your cases.2023 update: When I purchase a commercial unit. There are an open building permit, my lawyer didnt bother to check. When I am selling the unit, the responsible become mine, and it took me almost a year the get my previous owner's building permit closed so I can closed the sale. And the lawyer fee was unreasonably high!Will not recommend this place.
