Wow! This place is a hidden gem in royal oak. The decor was very nice, not too busy visually but the tables felt cozy. Our server was so nice and had lots of great reccomendations! They had a large variety of different ramen soups, udon soups, sushi rolls and donburi. There is even an option to build your own ramen, which allows you to pick your own broth, base, and toppings. I'm not a huge fan of ramen myself, but being able to choose what I wanted let me make a dish I really enjoyed! The hot California rolls are also incredible, probably the best ones I've ever had. Perfect place to go out to with friends and family, or even by yourself!

We came here for lunch and got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen (it came with chashu rice) and the Hawaii donburi.The ramen's broth was on the bland side, lacking flavor. The salt level was OK. The ingredients/fixins were a good match for the dish and were tasty. The chashu rice was too much rice for the chashu given (and many pieces were just fat).The donburi was heavy on rice and was not balanced. The sauce was sweet and did not have other flavors to compliment the dish.The service was attentive and they were very friendly.

We came for the ramen however The sushi here is decent and generous sized.The Ramen broth needs a bit of work it’s missing something. So -1 star for that. It’s still tasty but somethings missing keep trying and it’ll be perfect!I’d come back for just the sushi honestly!

Very good sushi restaurant. Spacious dining area. High chairs. We tried a couple of ramens and special rolls. Very tasty, balanced combination of flavors.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday for the first time. There are many options on the menu, from ramen to sashimi to nigiri sushi to rolls. We ordered Half a Dozen Oysters, Black Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen, Scallops Sushi, Stampeder Roll, and the House Special Roll. Everything was great but my favourite was the House Special Roll. It's so big you can't finish in one bite and has lots of filling. I like how the rolls aren't overwhelmed with sauces.Service was good and quick. Our server was quick to clear dishes away. There is great value of food with the prices. We will definitely come back to try out more menu items. Highly recommended.

Had a good clean lunch here. Food came really quickly and the server was friendly and helpful. Large space with lots of seating. The interior reminded me of a bar more than a ramen or sushi restaurant. Lunch special was a good value.

Excellent ramen on multiple occasions! The broth is very tasty and a good selection. Price is unbeatable. Sushi is delicious as well. Highly recommend.

Overall good food. I was a bit disappointed with the creamy vegan ramen. The taste was very subtle but I prefer a bit more flavor to my ramen. I wish they had more vegan, vegetarian or even pescatarian ramen options. I was impressed with the huge size of the house rolls. Never seen anything like it in my life!
