Hi,I have to admit that I am very frustrated with Nordson service, I'm trying to get a service technician for more than two weeks and didn't get any answer I never experience that terrible service from a very known company.As the plant engineer of one of the facility belongs to the Global groupI would never recommend buying anything from Nordson again.I contact the main office in Canada. Also, Adam and Paul none of them respond to my messagesThe seals meager contact me and apologists for the situation .Hope it will better from now on
