Absolutely unprofessional. I accidentally e Transferred 70 dollars instead of only 40 last Monday I made several phone calls and was told it would be refunded into one day. Then I call again I speak to the accounting department I get told within 30 minutes nothing. All the people I speak with on the phone are extremely rude and disrespectful. They just say it’ll be send when I’m trying to explain it hasn’t been for the past week and they hang up the phone. They cut me off and give attitude. Extremely irresponsible for someone trying to ask for help.

I had a very bad experience here . It’s been 5 days now but it still hurts when I fold my arms . I wouldn’t recommend

This is a new location but the staff is as professional and efficient as in other locations I used before . I booked my appointment on line, everything was done in less then 10mins. Great job ladies !

I've never been there - I only called to get important information i need before my upcoming appointment. I've called right when they opened (around 9), the girl i spoke to kept saying she couldn't hear me so I readjusted my mic, I explained her the situation twice but she was only more confused than I am. She could display my last month test results but that wasn't what I wanted, so she kept me on hold for 15+ minutes. I called again only for her to put me on hold for the second time, I've decided to wait. Another girl replied, she took my info and kept asking me what I wanted exactly" It is a simple situation - send my papers to another lab. So she told to hold again. At that point I was on hold 3 times already

Great experience with blood work. Didn't have to wait at all. The technician was awesome. Right beside my Dr's (Nebo Medical)

Rudest service ever, charge you for no reason. I am not sure whether the lady is having a bad day…My clinic never asked me to pay for the urine test before, since I have a OHIP card. However, today I received a statement of 2022-09-17, charging me for a test on 2022-01-03? When I called them, the woman said that my clinic said I didn’t have the OHIP, and even I have it now, I have to pay for it???? She said she has confirmed with the clinic, while when I contact the clinic and ask about it, they NEVER received any call from the lab and confirming that I have the OHIP card ever since I went there…The woman insists on my paying for the fee they had in January, 2022, even though they sent me the bill in October…. What an experience. Lmao

I visited med-health labs today with my kids, and we were told they were no longer taking patients as it was 15 minutes to closing time. Before coming I called the clinic and was sent to the answering machine where i was told closing time is 2pm. When I arrived around 12:45 pm i was told the closing time is 1pm and we had to leave. The manager had no compassion to take us even when told how far we had come from (Inglewood. 30+ minutes away) and the mistake on their answering machine. The times should be corrected to match on all platforms.
