Hired this outfit to complete a partial move of my condo contents to a storage facility. I was quoted $145 per hour with a 2hr minimum. I ended up being charged 2.5 hours which included time that the workers decided to take a break. They wrapped only two pieces of my furniture, dropped a whisky barrel in my living room, caused an 11” scrape across a laminate hard surface floor, nicked up walls from top to bottom of my unit and scratched my stainless steel refrigerator door. The workers were very polite; although, they are not the people depicted in the JBR Movers photos on this site, which is extremely deceptive. The owner (Jay) was unfortunately extremely rude, condescending, phoned/texted me incessantly (6 phone calls and text messages until 10:30pm) after I told him that I was going to talk to my fiancée about the damages, continually referred to him as my ex boyfriend and made comments about he and I going through a breakup and referenced some other woman, accused me several times of trying to get a “free move”, called me ignorant, mocked my business name and threatening court proceedings several times if I didn’t pay him IMMEDIATELY even after I sent photos of the damage. Then accused my fiancée of helping with the move and stated that would indemnify them of any and all damages that they caused. If I could give less than one ⭐️ for a rating, I would! Highly unprofessional, inconsiderate, aggressive and untrustworthy. Ultimately was given an $80 “discount” on almost a $400 invoice which will not cover the damages that they caused.

Amazing people! I gave them a very difficult project on short notice and they worked extremely hard until it was done. I can’t thank them enough because we never would have got our new sectional downstairs without them and their hard work! Very professional and caring people. If you ever need movers give them a call, I know we will any time we need a hand. Much appreciated!

JBR movers are by far one of the best movers we’ve come across!! they were very careful with carrying our furniture. we were so happy with how they handled our stuff and how quick they were with helping us move. they are definitely one of the BEST moving service in regina. if you’re looking for moving furniture etc, i definitely recommend JBR movers!!

Jay was able to send over some guys to help me out of a very difficult situation - super last minute! His guys were awesome. They moved quick, were very polite, friendly, wrapped my stuff, they were careful and got everything done well before I thought it would be! You always hear horror stories about “my movers weren’t on time” so I was nervous the day of as it was a time sensitive move, Jay text me that morning to let me know the guys were on the way, even before I expected them so that made me feel so much better! Couldn’t be happier with this company will definitely recommend to my friends!!! Thanks again for everything Jay!!

We just had Jay and his crew from JBR movers move my mother from Bethune to her retirement home in Regina. Very professional, reasonably priced, and quick. The crew was hustling from the minute they got there until the last box was moved. They wrapped up our furniture, and treated everything with caution. I can't say enough good things about how well the move went. I highly recommend JBR Movers!
