We recently had our silk rug cleaned by Ara Mavyan. His pick up and drop off service was wonderful! We have had regular cleaning of carpets by Ara in the past but this was a pet accident fiasco! The rug came back in first class condition and looks like new. We cannot recommend Ara and Tolliday highly enough!Joanne S.

I have dealt with Ara at Tolliday for 30 years, first buying carpets, having carpets hand cleaned and repaired and getting valuations done. I have found Ara to be reliable, knowledgeable, professional, but most important honorable in an industry full of rogues. Tolliday sells high quality and authentic antique carpets.Their services are not just the sale, but hand cleaning and proper repair. This knowledge and skill is hard to find especially for investment grade pieces. The carpets I have bought from Ara have increased in value as they are quality carpets. I feel comfortable relying on his advice and judgement.

Ara Mavyan and his staff do exceptional work. We had a large damage to our beautiful carpet and they fixed it. You cannot tell where the damage was! I also wouldn’t trust my carpet cleaning to anyone else.

I have been a client of Tolliday Carpet Services for about 15 years. They have always given me first-class service. Last year my dog damaged two valuable Persian rugs, Ara restored both rugs to absolute perfection, and there is no trace of the damage in either piece. I can highly recommend this business .

I have used this company over the past several years for steam cleaning my wool berber carpets in my condo, and the thorough cleaning of three of my persian antique carpets. This company came highly recommended by three other references. The company is responsive to my requests, very accommodating, and goes the extra to ensure that any deficiencies are dealt with during the cleaning process. The pick up and return service is value added and appreciated.

Ara recently cleaned and and repaired by Persian rug and I was blown away by his stellar work and service. He was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. He cleaned my rug to perfection and the repair that he did on the fringe was expertly done and exceeded my expectations. The new fringe is stunning and I could argue that it looks better than the original fringe. I highly recommend Tolliday carpet services.

after 5 weeks and multiple calls got my carpet back , stains are still visible carpet has shrunk and looks worse than when i brought it in not to mention $700 bill. receipt Tolliday #15867. i highly would NOT recommend using this company ps first time in my life that I have written a bad review.
