I could drive from the Annapolis valley to Dartmouth faster than i can talk to a person on the phone with grimco. (hour and a half drive)

The customer service at the Dartmouth branch is really great! The Grimco phone system is indeed terrible. Never know where your call will be answered. The other branches seem to generally get the orders right but I want to speak to my branch... not Toronto or wherever...
