Had our king sized comforter cleaned here, was rather expensive and it came back smelling of URINE! I couldn't believe it, I will not be coming back.

I walked in to time ll dryclean shop,and the lady in side was very professional and friendly, she answer my questions convincing me that she know her cleaning work,,, I left my garment with her ,after two other dry cleaners refused to take it in, I returned 2 days later to pick my garment up,she have it ready look like the day I got if from the store ,my wife and I were very happy and we couldn't thank that lady enough ...I will re o and her to my friends & Family ...

I brought a suit here that I needed dry cleaned for a wedding that I was leaving for early Friday morning.I was told to pick it up Thursday at 5pm.I show up at 5 and see this sign in the window (closed at 4 today). Absolute joke, no one inside, no one answering phone. Prepaid for this as well doubt I’ll be getting compensation but I’ll update if so.There’s a dry cleaner on the next corner, go there instead.

Time II Dryclean is my favorite dry cleaners in White Rock. Excellent service and ready when they promise it will be! Staff are very friendly. There is on-site parking which can be difficult for some White Rock stores, and my clothes always come out clean and awesome.From time to time, I have asked them to do minor stitching repairs and the work was always done well! Unlike other dry cleaners, I never have to worry that a button will get lost.Thank you for excellent service!

Started using this place 2 months ago and now I am here weekly with my dry cleaning and most recently for some alterations. Hands down the best dry cleaner I have ever used. Great people and excellent service.

Very skilled work, at a reasonable price. We had a grease stain on outdoor furniture cushion. Time II Dryclean was able to open the stitching, remove the foam and clean the fabric, then re insert the foam and stitch the cushion back up, all after I was unable to scrub the stain out with lots of elbow grease and dish soap. Good work!

Our salon washer and dryer broke down and while awaiting it to be fixed we used Time II Dryclean. They picked up, washed folded and delivered in record time with a smile on their faces multiple times a week. We loved them so much that we felt sad ending when our laundry was fixed. Excellent service at the best price. They are my go-to drycleaner whenever I'm back in town. I dropped off my peacoat in the morning and was lucky enough for them to have it fully cleaned by the afternoon of the same day. They said it's not typically this fast but I was very impressed. The cleaning was very well done.They even have 10% off on Tuesdays that you can take advantage of!My peacoat was $20+tax, and I will bring my Canada Goose next time with fur lining that they can clean for $25+tax.
