Khan was super helpful and the repair time was extremely fast. He was able to completely fix my Mac desktop and my laptop the next business day. I will be a returning customer as I highly recommend this business especially if you have a Mac laptop or desktop. He fixed my 10 year old slow Mac desktop into a computer that works super fast and will last even longer. Thank you Khan!

Never been to this store before and entered with trepidation, but was met with the biggest genuine smile from Khan. He educated me on my phone's problem and informed me on how he was going to fix it in a way that made me feel very secure. He had the phone repaired in the time he said and made sound sudgestions on protecting my phone. Cannot recommend this gentleman enough. Excellent experience.

Great service - my experience: 1. Khan was Very courteous. 2. Had parts ready to do the job right away. Others could not fix or had to order parts. 3. Real Apple Parts 4. Workbench is in store - nothing to hide. Watched my repair being done. 5. Best price going. Had a great experience. - thanks to Khan for fixing my phone and leaving me feeling like I received great value! Go there first if you are shopping for a repair!

If I could give these guys six stars, I would. I thought my phone was toast, and these guys had it fixed within an hour. The gentleman opened up my phone and took a look inside and diagnose the problem free of no charge.

Absolutely Excellent customer service! Khan was friendly, efficient and had my phone ready sooner than expected. He repaired damage that was done by another phone repair shop. I would definitely go there again but hope I don't need to, Lol.I highly recommend Khan's incredible service.

We have recently had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Khan from Mobile Care. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. He went above and beyond any expectations we may have had and explained in clear detail the problems and solutions and actually took the time to make certain that we were satisfied with his explanations. It was refreshing to see a retailer that made customer service enjoyable. We will definitely continue to use his services in the future and recommend him to anyone that requires his type of skill.
