Mercedes-Benz Brampton

Called a couple of days ago to book service B and warranty recall for my GLE 450 and was informed the vehicle would take all day at the shop. When asked if they could provide me a shuttle or a ride or a loner to get back home the advisor bluntly told me they have stopping all these services?? Mercedes wants us to spend $100K for the vehicle and another $1000 for the set unit will deny you the service even average dealerships do .( it’s not about $20 for Uber but about the service). totally disappointed at the level of service.. I am here at the Mississauga Mercedes for the service today and hoping they keep up the customer service standards!PS : Received an email today from Brampton Mercedes today and that’s why the review…

I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately not an option. 2021 GLB250 went in for service A, and it was returned with black hand marks on the hood, unwashed, not vacuumed. According to the notes attached, they performed a complimentary wash with basic interior vacuum? If you guys can lie about things I can see, what about Multipoint Inspection ? What about actual oil filter or anything else mentioned on this service invoice? With this, you guys now have ZERO" credibility and I would assume you did nothing to the car and so called PERFORMED SERVICE A WITH PLUS PACKAGE is likely a 50% sham. This would be my last visit to this dealership for any service and or purchase."

I had a great experiencing purchasing my first electric vehicle. The manager and sales rep really went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied and to help me with all of my questions in transitioning to electric. First week I was a little anxious thinking the battery wouldn’t last but the range is amazing and there is no way I could use up an entire battery in one day and I drive a lot! Love that I just have to charge at night and that’s it. Sometimes I charge every other day when I’m not driving a lot. Im very happy it is an amazing vehicle and the technology and comfort is out of this world.

Mercedes Brampton worked on my car and did a tire change. I must say, I was really impressed with the service I received from the team. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were. They didn't waste any time and had my car serviced and the tire changed in no time. It was really helpful for me as I had a busy day ahead, and I was able to get on with my day without any delays. By the way Victoria was the one who helped during this process.

Sunday July 9th 6:45pmAbsolutely disgusted! I was walking in front of the building, looking at vehicles as I’m shopping for a Mercedes, and I was told to get out of the lot over speakerphone or the cops will get called. There is no signage anywhere in this area saying you can’t walk it after hours. This is the first time I’ve ever been asked to leave a lot after hours. Perhaps it's because I’m in my Sunday jogging pants? Regardless, my 150k will not be going towards this dealership.A) I recommend you talk to your security, orB) put signs up if you can’t walk in the common area like you do with fenced off area.What an embarrassing experience!

Hands down one of the best Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Canada, let alone North America.This review has been long in the making, but me and my family have been with Mercedes-Benz Brampton since its opening in 2016.I was a child then and overall loved Mercedes and the dealership, as the staff were very friendly as well as having an amazing salesperson in Oscar Orellana. My mom purchased our first silver arrow with the 2017 GLE 43 Coupé. The overall experience and ownership of this vehicle, felt special as Oscar made it a memorable and unforgettable experience.Thanks to the service and parts team as well, the car was kept in great condition and with their transparency we felt confident handing our keys over to them. Members on the service team such as Kynon helped us to be aware of what to fix as well as to maintain in our vehicles. No matter what the problem was, the service and parts team were there to assist us.In 2020, we placed a deposit on an EQC SUV, which unfortunately did not arrive to Canada, but thanks to Oscar were informed right away and offered solutions. Thanks to him we were able to later purchase a brand new GLS 450 in 2022, in a time where it was almost impossible to purchase a vehicle let alone a new car.To put it simply, the dealership has the best sales team of any other Mercedes-Benz in Canada with their transparency and determination of satisfying all customer's needs and wants. Oscar and Josh emphasize this with the willingness to help all clients out as much as they can. Oscar truly is the benchmark of how a salesman should be when it comes to service, and that's what makes him stand out compared to all other salespeople we have encountered. He has helped my family the past 7 years to purchase any Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and has always helped and answered us with any of our doubts. Now being an adult, I am pleased to say that we will be back to purchase a next generation AMG GT thanks solely to Oscar and Mercedes-Benz of Brampton.
