My experience was like the government meets the twilight zone. Went to the office in the middle of this big wonderful sod farm only to be told I could not buy any? They had two extra rolls for sale and that was all, no solution offered to help me out only to be told I could drive to a sod farm in Taber. They could very easily incorporate an inventory system whereas a certain number of extra rolls per day are cut and shrink could be added to next days sales...

I have bin using boss sod for about 8 years now as I'm a landscaper and they have outstanding quality grass and fertilizer. I have never had a bad experience and I must say Jonna and Hanna are simple the best! Always enjoy talking with them first thing in the morning when picking up my orders. Jonna is on tasks and very professional with his loading and hanna is a vary lovely and pleasant girl to deal with when placing or paying for orders. Great! Customer service keep up the great work!!!!

I have dealt with Bos Sod Farms several times, they are always helpful and polite. There was a mistake in my last order and it wasn't ready in time, but they were very apologetic and bent over backwards to make it right, so they still get a 5 star. Everyone makes mistakes once in awhile, the way they dealt with the mistake made all the difference. I would say also that I have never had a problem previous or since. Great quality sod, my lawn looks incredible and a competitive price. I will continue to use them in the future! and would recommend to anyone.

Bos Sod got very good prices, the staff very polite and professional, very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend getting your sod from here. They do offer delivery.
