The product is great. Nice and simple to use. I love most of the features on the app as well. Where this product falls short is the customer service or support. I spent 6 days trying to have someone answer 1 question. When I finally talked to someone , they were more focused on telling me where I can purchase the stripes and lancets than answering my question. This interaction has me serious thinking about finding another Diabetes monitoring tool.
