Can't say enough good things about this business! My dogs are always happy to arrive and leave smelling fresh and clean. I would highly recommend!

I have phoned multiple times, got the answering machine every time. No one has responded. Not sure what the grooming is like.

Got our Springer Spaniel Lucy groomed here and I will 100% be making this my regular spot.

I was parked outside the neighboring closed business (Philip and Chestnuts) to use the bank and this place felt the need the call the police as they seem to feel they are entitled to the entire lot since the business next door is closed. Though the police didnt show up. I was inside about 40 mins. The owner felt the need to approach me to lecture me on the fact that it's private property and it's basically all his. DOUBT IT. Not sure about the services provided here but if their main focus is to get people towed I can imagine they aren't very busy as there were no other cars when I arrived or departed. Most likely theyve been neglecting the pets inside. Would explain why they don't answer their phone in the other complaint as well. Would never trust my pet to this place.
