The absolute best haircut and most welcoming space. I've waited all my life for a place like this that would help me be me, and I really underestimated how good the right haircut can make you feel but especially how a non judgemental and supportive hairdresser can make all the difference. Thank you for everything Tessa, honestly life changing, I'll never dread a haircut again, and I can't begin to explain how monumental that is.

This review is for their professionalism and courtesy. Did not actually use their service.Wife tried to book for an appointment with them as we are passing by. Did not get a hold of them but received a call back after we left a voicemail. The lady was very nice and offered us another appointment. Unfortunately we are not available for that day. If we pass by again will for sure book an appointment with them.

Nikole absolutely nailed my haircut, and somehow understood *exactly* the look I wanted. I would recommend her for people with short haircuts looking for a stylist who is a good listener and can execute the photo you bring in onto your head!

They are very talented at what they do and very knowledgeable. Nikole did my hair nd my two sons hair and I couldn't be more impressed. For the first time ever I am getting compliments on my hair from friends and complete strangers.Also, after years of getting haircuts for my sons that I didn't like she gave them exactly what I wanted the first time. I am very, very happy with my experience

Clean, bright, professional atmosphere and crew. Very accommodating when I had to change my appointment due to an outside issue. Becca did a great job on my hair, Dutch braids. One great piece of customer service were the text message reminders for my appointments. First time I’ve had a company do that but it was appreciated since most of the time you don’t get any appointment reminders

If you want to look and feel like a member of the royal family, go here.In short (b/c this is obviously not a short review.lol) I seriously had the BEST haircut of my life the other day at this location. Furthermore, they were so professional and on top of the COVID-protocols game, but with class. *insert a royal tea cup here* For example, they had these cute little well organized COVID-19 bins set up outside their main doors prior to even going in! And not only that, you feel safe as heck from the COVID19 drama and trauma the whole time you're at Vivid. Which is, evidently, super nice and what you want in this era. #2021 #2022In conclusion, I seriously can't wait for my next haircut. Pretty much eating collagen tablets as I write this -- because I heard it makes your hair grow faster??? And i'm just so eager to go back! <3Vivid rocks!!!
