Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

Most disrespectful, unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff I’ve ever seen in my whole life. Made me visit 3 times to police station for a simple report of accident.. everytime she needed something new kind of document to file a report. And worst customer service ever !! I don’t even think they’re gonna do anything about it as there are already so many complaints but just a heads up for everyone to avoid rcmp sherwood park station.......

Nothing but RACISTS driving in these streets of Sherwood Park. Should be shameful to work in this building. Me and other coloured people have had nothing but problems with them and they never seem to care for us even if they’re in the wrong. Nowadays everything’s about money for these guys.

PLEASE stop giving parking tickets and actually focus on the speed that people drive on our streets in Aspen Trails. 70% of people drive over 60 km. Parking tickets are a waste of time and just piss everyone off who lives here. I get it someone is parked within 5 cm of a no parking sign (roll eyes) so give the stupid ticket or whatever but it just Proves to us you guys are a waste of resources and time. FOCUS ON THE SPEEDERS FOR GOODNESS SAKES.

The staff at this location have always been very friendly and helpful. I've received 5-star support from them for services ranging from background checks to ammunition disposal. I have only good things to say about the service that I have received from the staff at this RCMP office.

I went in to to get a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check as i was transitioning to a new career. The gentleman who helped me was awesome in getting what i needed and mentioned that the vulnerable sector check would take a couple weeks and to come back then. I made another visit understanding the information for the vulnerable sector check would be available for pickup. The woman at the counter did help stating that i would be sent to my address but she was quite rude stating to me (i think i know what i am talking about) when i told her the gentlemen i dealt with previously told me the information would be available for pickup. I understand they probably deal with hard to handle people every day but leave the attitude at home.

Came in to get some forms and such, and one of the ladies that work there was super freakin rude !!! Like you work for RCMP, why are you being so rude to the civilians ?! How is this right to be as rude as she was !! If you don’t have to go here, don’t . Not even worth the stress of being treated horribly ! This is why cops have such bad reputation is people like this lady !!!!!!

Received a free ride to my accommodations and found that I had my own private room complete with toilet and firm bed. Staff was accommodating and I slept fairly well. One star deduction for all the screamers in the next room. I only stayed one night but would return again.

If you need to pay a ticket (as some are only in person or by mail) do it by mail. The service here is incredibly slow. I went in on one occasion and had to leave after over a hour of waiting because only a couple people had been helped and there were still 10-15 people ahead of me. I went on a second occasion at an odd hour to try and avoid the rush of people and while there were about half as many people waiting there was only one person manning the counter and after about an hour only 3 people had been helped. If you have no other choice but to come to the station in person plan to spend your entire day there or you may leave after a couple frustrated hours of waiting like myself and numerous others I observed.

Investigator that works part time here doesnt investigate, also trys to give you advice when they cant even manage to do the due diligence of their own job. 1/5 id give it a 0/5 if i could.MR.WILLIS, will threaten you or arrest you for recording or taking pictures in public spaces.This is a non bias review, made by someone who has dealt with many bias individuals.

While I can't do a review of the service I can tell you it is worth a visit just to check out the horse sculptures, they are fantastic. Also worth going in and thanking the staff for their service.
