He was very knowledgeable and reassured us that any dust from his dustless sanding equipment would be minimal. He and his assistant Phillipé were very careful to cover our wall pictures and our carpets. When it was time to stain the floor, he was very patient, and kept consulting with us until the colour was mixed to our liking.Our floors turned out beautifully and we could not be happier.Thank you Julio and Phillipé, we appreciate everything you did.
