I found this place on the RCMP website where they listed the company name and their address. It wasn't far so I headed over. The experience of getting fingerprints was fine but when I got home and checked my receipt I discovered that I was charged almost $30 as a walk-in surcharge".Not only did they charge me extra just for showing up at their business

Great! Called because I was unclear what fingerprinting was required and Karli was super helpful over the phone. In person was efficient and quick, and clear about what would happen afterwards (again with Karli). Plenty parking available, and appointments are very easy to make and reschedule.

The folks here are professional, friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Fast turnaround on email responses as well as returning calls, if you don't happen to get them on the phone. They do the work quickly, too!

Once we actually were able to book an on-line appointment and attend the appointment the service was friendly, quick and professional. However, the on-line booking process was challenging because there were several work arounds that were needed and not evident. Several emails were required to clarify what those work arounds were. Voice mail message did not receive a response.

The storefront is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Right next to the entrance. Great customer service. They were able to get my fingerprints done within five minutes. At the time of this interview they charge $50 for fingerprinting.
