As a woman who gets moody when hungry, I am severely disappointed to get cold pizza and brownies. Literally cold! I can place this pizza under my face on a hot summer night and it'll cool me down so well id be calling papa John's name in my sleep.From placing my order to receiving = 1.5hrs.I don't want to call, complain, and give them a pizza my mind. I'd rather never give them my service (abootsford location is amazing btw) and just stick to dominos. At least they wouldn't make me pay for my cold pizza

Papa John's Pizza
Ordered a pizza tonight and some jalapeno bites online. Prepaid as required. After waiting 1.5 hours, I checked and they're closed. Their website still allowed me to pay and told me a delivery time. That time has passed as of 45 minutes ago. Now I have no food and I have to call tomorrow to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.

First time (and last time). Expensive $34 for 2 small specialty pizza's. VERY stingy on toppings + cheese on both Greek and Super Hawaiian and quite frankly just taste boring - even with the extra banana peppers on the not so super" hawaiian. There is much better pizza out there."

Its an average pizza. I've tried it a few times at friends and this was the first time we got it and wasn't impressed. I mean it's good but not great. There's a lot better pizza places in town. My pepperoni mushroom had very little pepperoni or mushrooms. The ham and bacon one same thing. The kids loved it because it was basically cheese pizzas. And for the price it's not worth it.Edit - Bumped it up to a 4 star. My older kid brought home a pizza and it was like a normal amount of toppings like a pizza should. It's was pretty good. So I may order again another day and if it's more consistent I will add another star.

Pizza was dry and little cheese. We phone Papa John’s to let them know about the pizza. Right away Anwar brought a new hot pizza to us and even tried to return our money. He was very gracious and kind. It was snowing and he went out of his way for us. Which I thought was a wonderful and a sincere gesture. Not many restaurant owners would do this. I thought it was above and beyond his duty as a restaurant owner

We’ve only been a couple of times for carry out. The two, who I believe are the owners, are so nice. They are the sweetest people I’ve seen. So grateful for any order you place. Alayna happy and smiling. Greatest customer service at a pizza place I’ve seen yet. We’ve tried most of the pizza places around chilliwack. Highly recommend.
