They've got bugs! If you need mealworms, super worms or crickets for your reptile you can get them here. You can't pick how many of each bug you buy, but I find their mealworms are great and worth stopping by for!! Staff are friendly and helpful too.

They don’t have everything I would like they don’t sell First Mate dog or cat food which is Canadian made for decades and family owned, other than that they have a lot of other stuff I’m looking for and decent prices. The customer service is always the best

Always friendly and very helpful staff lots of knowledge to share and info with a smile.. only thing I can say bad which delivered the 4 stars is because they never have the medium and small bags of royal canin always sold out but other than that super great place!

Great staff but the selection should be much larger for Canadian made cat and dog foods I don’t think any company should be selling some of the foods they are selling especially with the track record of deaths of animals.

For customer experience I love that they try and the stores have it all for cats and dogs and only have a 4 shelf space that splits between bird, fish and reptile and as for their live for DO NOT BUY... I had to euthanize my child's dragon and My own just cost me 1300 in vet bills cause the live feeds wer full of parasits... the store was notified and had zero help to offer or culpability on there part... never buy ur live feed from here.
