Was a bit nervous cause they didn't sent the tickets by the guaranteed date, but I called the next morning and they transferred them right away, and the individual I spoke to was very patient and professional! Will likely use this site again :)

This company would be hard pressed to do a worse job. After purchasing my tickets I received several phone calls from them and several emails, all in French (which I don’t speak) which led to a lot of uncertainty if our tickets would work. Then I had to call them to figure out how to transfer the tickets. This should be fairly straight-forward; I purchase tickets, you give me tickets, end of transaction. Just a fiasco.
