We had Claire as our wedding dress stylist. She was amazing after a super last minute booking and a very stressful bridal appointment the day before at another store she made me feel very comfortable and beautiful. Thank you so much for helping me find the dress I was meant to be in. The universe aligned and it worked out beautifully, thank you so much once again☺️.

I had the most amazing experience at Marilee’s Bridal when looking for my bridal gown. Angela provided excellent service. She is professional, kind and personable. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help! I did not feel rushed or any pressure. Angela made me feel comfortable when trying on the gowns and really made me feel beautiful. I was nervous about the dress finding experience prior to coming to this salon, but once I met Angela, I was at ease. Samantha was also lovely to work with as she was training with Angela. Everyone who works at Marilee’s has a smile on their face and is happy to have you in the store. It was truly an exceptional “Say Yes to the Dress” experience.

I brought my daughter to Marilee's Bridal in April to shop for her Grade 12 Prom dress. The service we received from Angela was outstanding! She was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. My daughter found her dream dress! And because the size had to be ordered in for her, Angela had my daughter try on other similar styled dresses to ensure the right size was ordered. When we picked up her dress three weeks later, it fit perfectly! So thank you for a wonderful experience for both of us!

I don't normally post bad reviews, but dealing with this store was a complete nightmare. I bought a dress here & it almost ruined my wedding!When I bought the dress I was convinced by a sales associate (Claire) to order a custom hem (since I’m 5’1). I wore heels to my appointment and was very clear that I wanted the dress to cover my heels (My husband is 6'3, flats were not an option). When I received the dress, it was far too short. Not only had the staff measured wrong but whoever did the hem, cut off an extra inch. The sales staff in the store told me it was my fault and blamed me for wearing different shoes, yet the dress was too short even barefoot. I had to meet with the manager Kelly and it took over 3 months of back and forth for the store to agree to pay for anything for the fix (I received the dress from the store 4 months before the wedding so Kelly couldn't guarantee that a new dress would arrive in time). My seamstress was unable to properly fix the length because of the damage already done. When I told the store, they cut off all communication. 4 weeks out from my wedding I had to buy a new dress off the rack (thank god for David's Bridal). Now I’m left with a dress that I cant wear or sell thanks to Marilee’s & out over $1200.It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone

Picked out my wedding dress today and had the most incredible experience, the staff Is so welcoming, patient and you can tell they genuinely care. I had the pleasure of working with Avery today and she was a gem and made the whole experience amazing for us and I can’t wait to pick up my dress and veil. Wish I could go back lol will definitely recommend to everyone I know that is getting married.

I had such a great time at Marilee's. It was the first place I went to shop for my wedding gown, after finding them on Instagram. I saw they carried designers and styles I liked, so I was very excited! They were super easy to talk to and book the appointment.They gave me a call a couple days before to go over styles and what I liked, didn't like, and other questions so they could have some gowns ready for me to try on as soon as I walked in. I was able to go online and favourite specific gowns I liked and they had those waiting for me as well.Claire was wonderful to work with, and she immediately understood my vision and what I wanted. She picked out a gown for me (that I hadn't thought to try on) and I loved it.The Marilee's Team is so welcoming, and made me feel beautiful the entire time.

Although I didn’t purchase my dress here, I had a positive experience and very helpful consultant. I was strongly considering a purchase, but when I was told that alterations would have to be made elsewhere, I decided to purchase my dress elsewhere. I did have a good experience, I was able to look through the racks, and take photos. I would recommend this store.

First time here today. Bianca was so catering to the bride, brought her every dress the bride wanted and even had suggestions on styles she may suit. The environment was quiet & comfy. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Bianca

Can't say enough about how lovely this place is. They mended my broken heart!! I ordered a dress at another bridal shop, and that place basically stole my money and left me high and dry.Marilees, heard about my experience and made my visit to their store truly special. As a plus size girl, I felt so comfortable there. Lots of dresses in my size. I walked away with a dress! Only minor alterations needed. Such a fun experience, and reasonably priced.

Ivy, thank you so much for the wonderful experience today.Ivy quickly figured out the exact style of bridal gown I was looking for . She was super knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed at all and she made me feel great about myself!The store was nice and clean and organized. The dressing rooms were very spacious. The dresses were gorgeous and there was a great variety. They even have a nice variety of other formal dresses! Their veils, jewelry and hair accessories are also gorgeous!After a not so great experience at another bridal store in St. Catharines, I was feeling a bit discouraged about finding a dress. This was my first time visiting Marilee’s and I said yes to the dress!Thank you again for the great experience!
