Always friendly service, I recommend this store to my friends when they are looking for items for a good deal

Much cleaner/tidier than it used to be. Much more enjoyable to shop there now. Although the clothing racks are often too full to be able to browse very well.

So I was at the mission bc location, was looking to get my children and myself some clothes because I heard that there are some really nice name brand items. There was a nice lady working in the clothing section who was very welcoming, when I went to look at the clothing there was so much put together it was overwhelming, there needs to be more space for the clothing items so it’s not so pushed together to the point where I can’t move any clothing to get out a shirt I would like, and when the lady (I think her name was ang) assisted me she broke two hangers trying to bring out clothing I was trying to see. There either is way too many items or there isn’t enough space, either way I wish I could have seen everything that was there.

I was in the store and it really stood out to me how attentive the staff was, they were very polite , offering assistance and hard at work . One particular gentleman name Logan was very helpful by finding me a measuring tape and helped me measure rugs. A very pleasant staff.

I love big box! So many great deals of quality things, I go in for one thing and find another bunch of stuff at such a great price. Sandy, Cindy and Jaden are especially helpful, friendly and super strong hauling things out the door for me. So glad the shop and the workers are in our community!

This store is full of amazing deals! I couldn’t believe it! Even for kids toys and clothes! I love it hear! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping into this store if your are downtown mission.

I walked in with 10 minutes until closing and I told the cashier I really needed a sweater with pockets, a hood and a front closing. She directed me to the exact location and there were two nice ones that fit me and the price was certainly right. I brought them to the cash and asked which color looked best. She told me the mauve one brought out my eyes. Before they even closed, I was out the door with my new sweater which I love and wear everyday.

Too expensive. People are not organized. They are not knowledgeable of when things do come in. They told me before to keep checking. It was my impression that they don't know what they are doing and they don't want to deal with it and pass the buck to someone else who might know. The items that I had bought never worked. I've been in this store only a couple of times and I was harassed by staff when shopping as they kept following me around like I was a thief. They wouldn't even bargain lower prices on stuff that was damaged. Horrible and not professional Management team. They were very rude. The old lady that works there had yelled at me to GET OUT. Cashiers were nice enough. If I could give a lower score I would. This is nine months later from my review and I finally got a response from the (owner) about this. This is showing how much this company really feels about their customers. They really don't. Minus more stars. I give this place -3 stars.

Always a nice time at the store. Staff knows me by my first name. Friendly and efficient
