Worse clinic ever!!I took my 2 months old with fever to this clinic. The doctor didn't even check my son’ temperature and neither he listen to his chest. He just said that baby gets a-lot of changes at this time, so that could be one of the reason of his fever. Also,told us to go home and not to worry about anything. But as a mother i was very much concern and was sure that there is something wrong with my baby. I ended up going to this ER and got to know that my little one is covid positive. I was amazed that why this doctor didn't check the fever of my baby. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this clinic. Specially if you kids please don't take them to this clinic.

I asked then to fax over my perscription to save on across the street but when I reached the pharmacy, there was nothing faxed. I call their office again (within offcice hours) 12 times, and no one picked up.

Great experience with Dr Tong. We were unable to see our GP and my son was very sick. He did a follow up call a few days later to let us know the results of his throat swab and to see how he was doing.Also the receptionist was so kind when I popped in to see if they still did walk ins. She was able to book us an appointment and provide instructions so I’m able to do online at home for next time.

I do not go to see drs outside my own GP but I thought it is the closest. But I am not impressed . 1) the outside tower says careplace medical .the actual doors and windows say elsewise the door is so unclear cause there is a physio place in there also the front door and windows need to clarify the apointment necessary" when you go onto care place it says opens at 8:30 am closes at 7:00pm same as when you go onto well health scott road. Medical clinic There is nothing saying you need an appointment! I was told I needed to have an appointment I said sorry I have not been here in a long time and it did not say on the google info for this place. It was a bit confusing on the door. Also when a person comes to see about an issue they need to stay on the topic of what they came in for

I had my knee split open and I wanted to see a doctor right away I went Inside and the people at the desk were okay we waited for a whole hour and my knee started bleeding and none of them cared at all. So after a hour I went inside and the dr, tong was very nice he started talking to me when I was getting stitches and was very understanding. Just please improve the waiting time and front desk

Tried to set a phone appointment they said they will call between 130-3 if not to call back at 5. I called back at 5 they said they had no record of my earlier call but assured me the doctor will call some time from 7-8. The clinic is now closed. I needed a doctors note to be able to be excused from work due to a legit respiratory illness. I now risk losing my job over this clinics incompetence. Not even the courtesy of a call back.

Dr.bawa helped me through my illness and pinpointed exactly what it was after blood tests didn’t work. He gave me medication which saved me from a near fatal encounter.

So I have been coming for treatment related to my Asthma from approx. last two years to DR. Y BAWA. I have never had such experience before but the reviews are very true about the service. I went for an allergic reaction I had and he tells me there is no way to find out what I am allergic to until I ask restaurant about their ingredients which they will never tell honestly or anything from VGH as I was taken there. Also, I was about to ask him about a health issue for which I was trying to book an appointment with him since last month and his receptionist told me he was not here this week. He replied by saying, “I get very offended when people say I am not here. I am here five days. I am not your family doctor. That is it. You can go.” I think that is not how a doctor should be or stop taking walk ins. We don’t like coming to some random doctors. Treat your patients properly and have courtesy to hear them out. DR. Y BAWA I really wish I never came at your clinic at first place. To all the people reading this. I have all the proofs of my visits at this place including todays. Please think before going at this place for anything. This place has become worst.
