I enjoyed their customer service and the luxury sun glasses I purchased there. The store manager and the other two ladies were very helpful and caring; will go there to buy medical glasses soon.

Touching glasses is a sin on this shop. Horrible customer service. The google page for this shop says 'people typically spend 5 minutes here' clearly that means theyre in and out.... must be a reason for that

This store is really disaster! Although the store always charge you lots of money, the quality and service they provide is inferior!They charged hundreds or even thousands dollars but the glass lens they give you is the cheaper one and garbage! My two glass frame legs are even not in the same horizontal line!Horrible experience! If you buy glass here, you are not only throwing out your thousands dollars, but also buying yourself garbage, disappointment and anger!

Awful customer service I would never ever go back thereI took my 500$ miu miu sunglasses for repairs to store ,for the 100 times ,not only They couldn’t fixed the problem that I have been struggling with since the first day I bought it, but also they put scratches on it and the didn’t take responsibility . So I didn’t pick my sunglasses up and they said the manager would call me... but guess what??? They never call me

I have bought regular glasses and sun glasses from this location many times. Always have been a great experience. Staff would go through glasses until i found the right ones. Any issues were resolved quickly and even on stores expense.Will keep coming back.

One of the best experiences I've had with great customer service, friendly salespeople who were very helpful in helping me find the right glasses at an affordable price. There is a huge variety in what they hold at the store so there were a lot of options to look into. I definitely recommend dropping by if you're in the area and in need of new glasses/sunglasses.

I went there and placed two pairs of sunglasses on hold with a lady without any problems. Came back next day to pick them up and the guy with the glasses on didn’t let me in the store to complete the purchase because I didn’t have a mask on. I have a medical note from a doctor stating that I do NOT have to wear a mask. This guy just started arguing with me and didn’t let me complete my purchase. Very unprofessional and rude attitude for no reason. Will never return, bad customer service and communication skills.
