Got the coldest fries I've ever had in my life. Not sure how old their fries mine weren't even warm. No napkins in my bag either, so check for that before you take out.

Chalet sauce is not chicken gravy. They're different.Harvey's ran out of gravy so the work was saying Swiss chalet has chicken gravy and that it's better than Harvey's. I asked him twice to confirm that it wasn't chalet sauce because that stuff is gross. He said No we will use chicken gravy. Took a bite - gross chalet sauce! Swiss chalet even has gravy in addition to chalet sauce so I assumed this guy knew what he was talking about. He did not.

Burger sucked. But the poutine was the best one I’ve ever had from any chain restaurant! It was delicious. Gravy wasn’t overly salty like they usually are. Kudos

It's a fast food place... They're all the same basically. I ordered a Jr burger with cheese and drive away. Was travelling a distance so only opened it when I got back onto the highway. To my dismay, there was no cheese on my burger, extra extra pickles consisted of 3 small pieces of pickle... And there was mustard oozing out everywhere. I was so upset. It was terrible.Service was great... Almost too fast or else I might not have noticed the missing cheese. LolNo pic as I didn't want risk mustard on my phone. LolI'm sure this was a one time situation. I will try them again.

This harveys location is a well oiled machine. Quick service even for a location that regularly has buses show up. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have had exceptional service from the nice lady behind the counter I believe is Karen. Always a hoot to visit you guys!Also if you see Joe cooking up swiss chalet chicken in the back you know its going to be a good meal.5 stars, would visit again!

Was a stop over on the greyhound. Didn't like that on the way to Toronto our bus got there right at 7 it was closed and I was hungry. However I will say that the stop on the way back from Toronto it was open and staff was pretty fast to get orders out. There was a gentleman ahead of me by at least 3 people...he needed help as he was challenged and everyone just pushed past him and made their order even the person at the cash tried taking my order and completely disregarded this person. The gentleman looked confused I than asked him if he ordered he said no I said oh my and everyone just cut you off and ordered I told the cashier he's been in line for a while and to take his order. This was the downside of my experience there.

A good clean and modern location. Service was fast and friendly. I only give 3 stars because I am not a fan of Harvey's. I find that their paties don't taste nearly as good as they did years ago. A freshly cooked patty is always much more preferred, which I received at this location. I do love the choice of toppings.

My family just had lunch here on our way back from camping. The staffs are friendly and the foods are good. This place is clean. We will definitely come back every year.

My go-to stop on long drives. Wish dining room was openly later, but no big deal - the drive-thru is usually open. Hoping the summer brings extended hours. Great, fresh food with really good value
