Take 5 Oil Change

Scam alert! They told me the manufacturer recommended a transmission fluid change at my current mileage; $130 later I got my car back, opened the manual, and found it was a flat out lie. My car was at 100,000km, manufacturer recommends change at 230,000 km. I was ripped off, pure and simple. Absolutely do NOT accept advice or upsells at this location.

Have been doing my oil change service for a year through these guys. Loved it with older management and love it with the new ones too!! Never had any issues so far. Will always recommend these guys to anyone looking for hassle free and a good, genuine job!

Always fast, friendly and professional service. All the staff are polite and take pride in their jobs. They explain things thoroughly and aren't pushy when it comes to suggestions on the maintenance of my vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks guys.

Fastest oil change I've ever gotten. They communicate with you everything they're doing. Check fliuds, filters and tire pressure. They seem thorough and honest. There are also cameras to watch them as they work if you're a skeptic. Also make sure to go on the website for a $10 off coupon.

Great place for an oil change! Only the best and they are quite quick as well! I didn’t feel comfortable driving it in the shop so they volunteered to drive it in for me and back out once finished. Very kind people who work here and will continue to go here for oil changes. Not bad of a price for an oil change and everything else they do top up fluids, air in tires, and washing the windows.I found best time to go least busy is the morning. They are very thorough as well with everything they are doing or see.Happy customer will continue to see them for my frequent oil changes :)

Good service every time. One quibble.. you say part of your service is to check fluid levels and tire pressure. The past 2 times I've been there I've had a low tire pressure light on, and still on when I drove away... Simple fix that would have made this a 5 * review.

Excellent service Arcane was professional and efficient.. he offered me some (much needed) extras.....but did not up sell to me. Just made me aware of services they do.I will only take my car here in future.All personal are very pleasant and well I formed.Thank you.....I feel so much safer now.

My 1st going there wasn't there 2 min n gentleman came out to offer us cold water while we waited in line. Very friendly fast won't go anywhere else highly recommend

Was getting oil changes here regularly. Not anymore. Went in for an oil change, they never asked me what kind of oil I wanted, just assumed is was regular, when I had been getting synthetic multiple times before, which I assumed maybe they wouldn't know, until the guy was telling me its what I got before, then pulled it up on the screen, showing they put regular in my vehicle the previous time... so this show me that they didnt care to ask in the present and they messed up in the past, but there was multiple oil changes before that with full synthetic for the two years previous.Then he proceeded to tell me they didnt have any synthetic oil... then his story changed to that he was putting in high mileage oil, I said didnt you just tell me you have no synthetic (high mileage is either a blend or full synthetic) he then proceeded to tell me this high mileage was regular oil.... so i asked for a manager... I dont know if it was actually the manager but it was a female... and she finally gave me full synthetic... or so im told... even though a few minutes before, I had been told there was no full synthetic in the whole building, this was the last time I am going here, I want to make sure im really getting full synthetic oil.
