My spouse tested on March. But she cannot received over 2 months. At first they answered but now they didn't reply e-mail, and didn't receive phone call. I want to visit the office get the TRF. But I cannot contact them.

Staffs on site are very supportive and they are awesome people. But IELTS etc is not that great. I called 6 times no one answered and my call was hanged up. So rude!

There was a delay in approving my IELTs exam date, but then I came in touch with Georgia Wilder's email address. I emailed her about my concerns, her reply was quick and effective because the next day my date was approved. I want to thank her for actually taking the time to look into my issue. You are a wonderful person Georgia Wilder and your service is superb.

Marina and Nicholas working at the 285 King St location were so supportive and helpful! I was running late for my speaking test and Marina waited for me downstairs to let me into the building (it was Sunday so no one was in the building). So sweet and thoughtful!

How can I cancle this exam? I sent the cancellation form they want 5weeks before the test started. And I sent and requested email so many times. And I tried to call the place every day for 2 hours. But nobody answered or responded. Suddenly today they sent me the confirmation of exam schedule. Oh my god!!!!I just want to cancle. That's it. Refund my money please. I can't take the exam.
