My husband and I have recently bought our second home together with Jeanine’s help. She was unbelievably responsive to all of our million inquiries. She made herself available to talk to us at any time. I will be her forever client because of her honesty, kindness, experience and understanding of her clients needs. 12/10 would recommend her to anyone in search of a mortgage :).

We needed a new mortgage very quickly as we were relocating across the province for work and eliminating household debts. Jennine found us a mortgage with a lender that was better to work with than the one we previously had, got us a much better lending rate than we previously had and took care of all the paperwork as well as arranging an appraisal for the property we were purchasing. Not only is she extremely professional, but also a very pleasant person to do business with. We cannot recommend Jennine enough to anyone needing a mortgage broker and look forward to using her services again in the future.

My wife and I were looking to obtain a mortgage to purchase an investment property. I went to my bank, provided all the required documentation and I never received a response to our application. My wife went to her bank to make an appointment and she was told it would be 3 weeks before we could even speak to someone about a mortgage.
