I have received shipments by this carrier for a number of years. The driver on my route is always courteous, and helpful. Shipments are on time and tracking is easy. All the staff are helpful . Such a joy to work with a logistics company that puts the customer first.

Best service I've received here. I frequently drop off gear to be shipped. It's frustrating to deal with most people here. But today....today I had the best service by Tom and Bailey. Those 2 men were quick, efficient, and professional. Give them a raise and make them train the others in customer service.Update: June 1st 2023, terrific service today by Barrett. He went above and beyond to help me out.

Ordered items from Ikea. Manitoulin Transport called on the day Ikea said it would be delivered only to schedule delivery for the next day between 1 and 3. Next day, I called after 3 to see if they were running behind only to be told the driver forgot it at the depot. I asked how we could fixed this and was told well I don't have another driver". I went to pick it up myself. I guess if I didn't call they would have just no showed without notice. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend."

We ordered a shed from home depo they recommended this company. When they delivered it their driver didnt ask us to move our car instead just placed it behind the car blocking the driveway. Not only that he damaged the shed the bottom box contents were broken. They also used a skid that was to small for the shed to be delivered on. Will not use this company again

Competitive pricing. Prompt delivery. Damage claims are few and far between (maybe 2 in 12 years). They pick up in the USA as well, through their partners. Wonderful, efficient and personable delivery driver who anticipates our needs. Of the local delivery companies, Manitoulin is one of the best.
