Excellent quick service and friendly staff. Help to find what I was looking for. Only reason for 4 stars is the some tables and floor was not cleaned up and left bit messy.

Every morning I buy coffee and breakfast from this location before going to work. This time i paid by $50 bill the lady with Arab accent dint give me coffee nd breakfast till she checked if the bill is real. It was only given once approved by supervisor. That's so rude when asked what's taking time I was told rudely that we are checking the bill.On top of that I was served a new kind of breakfast wrap.Picture attached. Management need to take action against such uncalled behavior.

Carol has served this bagel and when asked her not to cut it, she slammed the knife on the counter and yelled at me WHAT DO YOU WANT" !!!Please find a picture of bagel with cream cheese i paid for (honestly this location has serious problem and need to be trained from scratch also need anger management classes

Every time i come here before my commute to work there is always some sort of mistake or problem. Always rude and rushing you too. They need new management and employees who actually understand things. Never understand what you say the first time. Last straw for me today to write this review is the bagel the gave me. I asked for peanut butter and jam. I got One tiny drop of jam and hardly there peanut butter. They literally only have one morning employee who is alright.

This location was very proactive, bustling and open 24 hours. These days the detoriation is service is obvious. They are often out of things, and the drive thru is slow and not as responsive as well.

Extremely slow service drive through as well as inside the restaurant. On asking, they give wrong orders, not one time but many times. Poor poor poor place!!!!!

This is a truly infuriating location. It’s conveniently close to where I live so it is, now was, is the go to location. I typically vow not to go here again due to orders not being done right, missed, or otherwise not fresh. Often I go through the drive-thru and it’s pretty difficult to come back once I’ve started my commute.I just got a donut today to find out once I got home the chocolate glaze was stuck to the bag. I’m just going to add a reminder not to bother to go back to this location.

Service at this location has deteriorated significantly. They often get orders wrong, and often do not have several items (cookies, pastries, donuts). Hot food runs out as early as 5-6pm. All of this points to either an owner who is not really addressing underlying issues or does not care about the team/enforcing good customer service. Also are you trying to minimize cost by under-stocking your bakery items? This locations pales in comparison to the one at 330 Rossland.
