I had my garage doors replaced a month ago by Nav. Just happened to find his business by search on Google. The first meeting this young man provided honest and professional opinion on what is best for our garage. Excellent service worthy of recommendation

Make sure the right door and motor is installed before you pay. I was referred by my neighbor and Navi agreed to the install the same product. But when it was installed, I realized the motor was a lower brand. Also the door was from another company. Careful!

Wally was the technician who came to fix my garage door.Very rude, ill mannered guy, not professional at all.He doesn't know how to speak in a polite way. Will throw things and won't care about any damages. He kicked the stuff in the garage, especially my daughter's toys. This guy has no patience or any professional ethics at all. It was very stressful for me to tolerate him. I was quite relieved when he left. I won't recommend this technician to anyone. He doesn't deserve any star but I had to give one star otherwise google won't le me post my review.

A contractor hired Navpoint to install a custom glass garage door on a new home. The Install was great but 1 year later I had a car drive into my garage door. I reached out via email and text message to request they provide a quote to repair. After several attempts they finally responded and initially said all the right things, asked that I send pictures which I did. They said they would provide an estimate and come look at the door. They never did, after several attempts to contact them, no contact was ever made and they just ignored my emails and text messages. So based on post installation support I would not recommend them at all. I was able to contact the door manufacturer and have another authorized installer who was incredible and they have now earned my buisiness. There are much better alternatives out there.

Nav helped us with the replacement of our new door, after we had some issues with it Nav brought in the rep and they both concluded it was best to replace the door. We are very happy with the new door. Thank you to the great staff at Navpoint Garage Doors.

Excellent Customer ServiceI contacted Nav Point for new garage doors for a fullscale home renovation that I had going on at my house.Nav (the owner) picked up the call, this was a nice change compared to other companies who usually forward their calls to a receptionist. Speaking with the owner I was able to gain valuable knowledge in what doors to select for my house.I had already had a set of doors in mind, however with his experience and knowledge Nav recommended that I went with a different set of doors that would complement my new front door for the main entrance of the house. I had not even given consideration to this idea!The new doors that Nav recommended were such a great fit for the style of front door we had going in, and not to mention they were at a lower price!Once we confirmed the door, Nav was at my house the same day measuring up and placing the orders for the new ones to come in.Even with the existing supply chain issues going on in the world right now, Nav was able to have my doors within the following week! I don’t know how he did it but he used his magic and got it done! Other companies told me it would be a 3-4 week wait minimum. Knowing that our time line was moving quite fast Nav made us feel like we were his only customers even though his company does massive scale installations and are constantly busy. I actually got their number driving past numerous town house developments that had Nav Point Garage door advertising on the project!Nav sent his worker to our residence and soon met him there afterwards to check in that I was satisfied with the work! His worker was very polite, sociable and accommodating to the fact that we were not able to have our garage completely cleared due to storage of reno materials that we had no other area for them to be stored. He managed to work around these items and got the job done. Definitely a pro!Within 5 hours our old garage doors and motors were replaced with brand new ones. I can’t recommend Nav Point enough to anyone else looking to get work done on their garage.5/5 !

Nav was professional right from the beginning. He helped select the garage doors that were right for us and made as many trips as necessary to ensure everything was in order. I especially appreciated his regular communication and he did not make any promises that he couldn’t keep. The doors were delivered on schedule as promised and installed promptly. Can’t recommend this business enough and will definitely use them in the future!

Navi was great to work with. Punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He replaced my garage door motor in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company. The spring on my garage door broke at 11:00 am and my truck was stuck in my garage. I called them and Nav was at my house within 2 hours and replaced the springs. He was very professional and worked fast, the price was very reasonable as well.
