Crestview Garden Centre

Placed my order with these people five days prior to delivery. They said they would have the order here Friday afternoon they called me on Thursday asking if they could bring the order on Saturday instead I said no call them at 1 o’clock Friday afternoon they said I was the next person on their list? It is now 5 o’clock. I’ve called them four times they keep giving me the runaround. I still don’t have my stuff here. I have contractors here waiting standing waiting for stuff to come. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t go here go somewhere else.

Darrel is a great knowledgeable man. Works hard, gives great prices and better product. I’d recommend to anyone in the GTA to buy your landscaping needs from there. Oh, he’s a leafs fan!

Would give him 0 start if I could. Showed up 5 hours late after calling4 times. The owner (Darryl) told me 3 times that I was not paying enough for the delivery (I actually was paying him extra for delivery). The top soil was only half of what was promised. He had an argument with my neighbor over where to put the soil, to whom I had facilitated this delivery. I have an angry neighbor, less soil, absolutely worst experience.Update: After a few weeks of using the triple mix, all I can say is nothing grew in it. My neighbours as well have nothing after putting in seeds and watering everyday. Please beware of their triple mix.

If I could give them -10 I would and I didn't even make it out the car. There was no parking and when I finally did find parking a man working there started to yell at me that he needs that spot....

Went to look at their concrete pagoda lanterns. The owner didn't even know the prices and had to call his supplier to ask what he was charged so he could figure out what to charge me. He gave me a price but as I was looking around his garden centre I found the same one with a price tag and the price was cheaper than what he told me. And he said that the supplier told him not to let it sit in moisture. Expensive and didn’t sound durable. Tried to bargain but he told me to go to Home Depot and buy a plastic one if I wanted to pay less. So, I took his advice and found a nice one at Home Depot with a channel for lighting. It was cheaper and more Winter and moisture durable. Thank you Darrell for suggesting a better and cheaper pagoda lantern from your competitor.

Is there a way to give ZERO STARS to this absolutely awful business?? Darryl is not professional AT ALL! The day I called him to order top soil, he said he had to charge my credit card even though delivery was going to two weeks later. The whole interaction, he kept talking to other people who were in front of him vs. finishing my business! Then he doesn't show up when he was scheduled and after several days of back and forth of me calling him asking him where on earth is the soil I ordered, he ended up offering me a refund. But at no time was he or his workers responsive. I have no idea how they stay in business but I would highly recommend finding someone else to purchase your garden needs. Creatview Garden Centre is the absolute WORST!

Worst garden center in the city! I have to figure out how to give negative stars, so I can rate this place more accurately.Made a bulk order for triple mix to be delivered on Wednesday, no show no call. I called on Thursday and asked what happened, they simply said it will be delivered the next day. Thursday, no show no call. I called on Friday and got the same answer. This place is just horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. This is actually another garden center 10mins from here.

I could able to find all types of flowers and vegetables to plan in my backyard

Highly recommended. Friendly staff and decent selection of landscaping goods. Excellent customer service, especially from Lucas who was very knowledgeable and friendly.
