Dear Ryan,I understand when you are not feeling good and need to go home sick. I get that, but u call ALL your clients to reschedule/cancel. I received no such phone call. We drove 30 to 35 mins from Plattsburgh to Rouses Point, wasting our gas, time, & wear n tear on our vehicle only to be told Ryan went home sick. I am sorry that Ryan was sick and I do hope he feels better, but neglecting to contact us, that negatively reflects how you operate your business and we will never go there again. Just give your clients the courtesy of a phone call next time.

I haven't been to Ryan's new place and I just seen the pics of the new place. Impressive. Just like he talked to me about it when he was in Mooers. He is impressive and knowledgeable on how to cut my type of hair. Feels like I'm back home in Brooklyn. He's respectable and applies his work to his clients. Thanks Ryan I really appreciate your time in Mooers. I will be seeing you again.

Ryan is a master of his craft, and I was honored to bring my little man to his shop to have his 1st real barber haircut. Theo was nervous at first, but Ryan flipped on Mickey's Clubhouse on of the TV's and handled it like a pro! Thanks buddy, best of luck!
