My niece & I went in today too look for a dress for her. As soon as we opened the door we were blasted by the smell of weed. Like it was apparent someone was smoking in the store. We took a quick glance and walked out.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I reached out on social media to ask if they were able to hold a product as I could not make it same day, knowing there was a possibility it could be sold out by the time I got there the next morning. They did not respond until the morning I was heading there stating they would not do that. They knew the specific product I was coming in for, but failed to mention it was already sold out. So I make a special trip to this store to be told they were already sold out. They could have informed me very easily but chose not to. Not impressed and I will never be back. Continuing to argue with me on social media is not a good look for a business.
