Dr Suman Chatterjee

Dr Suman Chatterjee is very knowledgeable and highly dedicated towards patient’s needs. His expertise is commendable.Dr Chatterjee recently performed a surgery for kidney stone on me. Through out the whole procedure I am very contend . He is very kind and down to earth guy. I will highly recommend him. I wish I can give him seven stars .Thank you so much !!!

Does anyone know what an access code is? I have been trying to get through to the office for hours now but keeps asking me for a-remote access code . No idea what it is. Very frustrating

He was very arrogant during the appointment. He proceeded to tell me that my child's problem was that he had an erection and everything was fine. I was not pleased and proceeded to question this as the amount of pain he was in. He told me he went to school for this and I did not, therefore not to question it. We left and I proceeded to Sick Kids. Turns out my son has a pre cancerous disease and is on his third surgery... I absolutely DO NOT recommend this doctor.

My husband attended this office for a prostate problem which was treated with medication and laser. We were told that he would have a phone consultation on July 27 due to the Covid issue. No one called. I have called the office on the days that they say that they are receiving phone calls and no one picks up, call does not go to voicemail someone asks for me to enter a remote access code which I don't have.Thankfully my husband is not in any pain but it is ridiculous that no one calls or at least let's you leave a messageI am a retired nurse and cannot believe that any medical professionals would act this way

This place is a joke!! You can never reach the secretary and the one time I did have a conversation with her she was very rude! Went to the hospital on July 8th and was referred to this Dr. for my kidney stones. He had a chat with me over the phone, ordered an ultrasound and I never heard back from him. Since then I've been back to the ER and this time was referred to another urologist who was right on top of my problem I had a ureter stent put in and now waiting for my surgery date. Please don't waste your time with this place, seek medical care somewhere else!

Refered to Dr chatterjee from my GP as my prostate was enlarged, all he did was a urine flow test and said you're fine nothing out of the ordinary. It's been a year now and stil have the same discomfort

The worst Dr. office ever. My son, Bijesh, was referred from Jack Nathan clinic at Walmart Urgent Care, Brampton on May 1st, 2021 for his urinal problem. I made several calls to the receptionist. She received once and tried to convince that they were very busy. They would call me once they have a date for the virtual appointment first (looks like they don't have a calendar). Since I didn't hear from them, I called my family doctor. Even my family doctor was busy and gave me appointment after 3 weeks which was in June last. He referred to another specialist, who speeded the appointment, had an appointment in the hospital on 20 July. Now, my son is doing well but I have still not got call from Chatterjee's office. Please don't waist your time with this Dr. office. If referred here, please ask your family physician. In my case, any other would be better than this place.

I've been to several urologists over the last 10 years and Dr. Chatterjee was instantly able to diagnose my issue based on what I told him. He directed me to Pelvic Floor Therapy after battling what I thought was prostatitis for 10 years. He's very easy to talk to, listens, and is very knowledgeable. Thanks Dr. Chatterjee, you changed my life after battling this pain for so many years.

My husband had a surgery performed by Chatterjee, I received a call saying surgery went well everything was fine the following couple of days his pain was horrible, I called left a message received no call back, then called again and spoke with reception and finally spoke with him. he advised to come in and see him which we did, his recommendation was to take him into emergency but insisting that the pain could not be from the surgery could be because of the spinal tap. we get to emergency and are told that his condition was because he had so much urine in his bladder due to the cathler being removed to early and that the pain he was feeling was the pressure from his bladder, The catheter was put back in and left for almost 10 days we were advised that Chatterjee would call us to have it removed and of course no call from him My husband who is 68 years old a stage 4 cancer patient had to go back to emergency to have it removed. it's been over a month and still no call from him to do a follow up as he said would happen 2 weeks after the surgery. Dr is supposed to be there for their patients especially if they have performed a surgery whether minor or severe, this is disgusting behaviour. Good Luck to you all.

Called to have a prescription renewed, to which I was told there was already a refill. I went to every pharmacy I have had prescriptions at and no such refill exists. I’ve been calling multiple times a day(on the designated days they are “taking phone calls”) for 3 weeks now, and have not gotten through, and there is no answering machine. Very poor customer service for a **medical** professional.
