Aerial was out to replace my roof in December right before the great snowstorm of 2022.The crew (Sergio) did a great job, were respectful, pleasant, and extremely hard workers. They also took into account the weather and worked quickly to ensure there would be no issues with the coming rain/snow.Aerial provided me with one of the most competitive quotes of the 6 other roofing companies that I had come out, and were quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. Tom the owner & Kyron were really helpful when it came to choosing the right shingle & color.Unfortunately due to backlogs, it did take 6+ months for my roof to be replaced from when I had the estimate done, but I was aware it could take that long.I opted for the high profile capping which was quite reasonably priced and really adds a nice look to the roof.Overall I cannot recommend Aerial and Sergio & his crew enough.

Excellent service quality and responsiveness. We had a roof installed a few years back and Aerial did a great job: timely, well priced, to schedule, etc. Very impressed at the time. I am still impressed a few years later as the quality of the work has held up and the roof still looks great. I did bring up a potential issue 5 years later and there were no qualms whatsoever about investigating and resolving the matter. Really great service which I'm happy for (thank you, Matt). Cheers.

We have used Aerial Roofing twice now and had a very positive experience each time. The crews were professional and courteous. The finished job looked great. Clean-up was excellent as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom Williams and Aerial Roofing to anyone looking for a first class roofing job.

Good low quote, replaced our home roof on time, efficiently, in 2 days, competent crew and quotes , hard working (10 hour day), job well done , good cleanups . I would recommend them

They were working on our neighbors home and blocked our driveway, no one parked behind or in front and the driver sat in his truck and watched as we tried to get past, forced us to move forward and backward 3 times to work our way around him, could have simply backed up 3 feet but refused, just sat in his running truck and smiled, based on courtesy alone would never use these guys

Sergio and his crew just did my roof (and my neighbours) about 4 weeks ago and did an outstanding job. Everything about this company was great, from the communication with the office (Tom and Kyron), the estimate and billing process, and the on site workers....very respectful and careful in their work and also great onsite communication (Sergio). There's only one reason I gave them 5 stars...because they fully deserve it. Highly recommended!!!

Great crew. Attention to detail, with the roof (finished roof looks fabulous) , protecting plants below and clean up afterwards. We have a very narrow driveway which was not a problem for their skilled drivers. Good communication both estimating and when roofing. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Aerial Roofing did my original roof in 1998. We did a renovation in 2015 and Aerial did the roofing on the new addition. In 2021 we had our entire roof replaced. We could have prolonged replacement for a few more years, but we wanted to change the color. We went with Malarkey Legacy shingles in Midnight Black. The roof looks amazing. The crew did an outstanding job with the roof and cleanup afterwards. I have used them three times now and would not hesitate one bit to use them again on other projects. The office staff was also very prompt with answering phone calls, emails and providing estimates. I have so much faith in the company that I did not even bother getting other quotes.

Aerial completed a total roof replacement in November despite limited daylight hours. Their work crew and office staff were thorough and professional.

Aerial Roofing re-shingled our roof, and replaced a skylight and some fascia boards. From the quote process, to scheduling the work (while accommodating our schedule) and completing the work, Aerial Roofing did a fantastic job!Tom and Kyron in the office (quotations, scheduling, invoicing) are knowledgeable and communicated well. They do give you a call back, unlike some of the other roofers we contacted and never heard back.The crews that worked on our roof (Alonso, Oscar, Sergio & team) did a stellar job! They were friendly, hard working, paid attention to detail (e.g., fascia boards, hydro poles boot installation), went the extra mile by fixing a broken soffit, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly.
