I love coming here. They have a very good guard tortoise here that wobbles around so watch where you step! I love the big fish here too, they will follow your fingers. Always get our fish from here.

Finally got a pet fish for my son, oh he so love that fish he named him Blueee!!! Welcome to our home Blueee!!! Tropical Fish has a lot of fish specie to pick from, next we are getting a gold fish from there if my boy takes good care of Blueee, so far he is doing an amazing job!!

They had an awesome selection of everything to spruce up my fish tank including new and exciting fish. I have had my tank for over 15 years now, and the guys there were so friendly and knowledgeable in helping us redo our tank from decorations to new and existing fish. All their fish look really health and they have a huge variety. Best aquarium store I have ever been to. Wish I had heard about them years ago. Thx guys

Today I visited the new location of the tropical fish room. One of the few independent aquarium stores in Southern Ontario. The owner Jerry has done a nice job of setting up the new store with more things being added even while I was in the store. This store is unique because you can buy both new and used items. Wide selection of fish too. Prices are very reasonable but I didn't find unique or the high quality cichlids that I was looking for and that's why I didn't give 5 stars. I do recognize that Jerry is just getting the store up and running so I'm sure it will be better next time.

Rob is a great guy thank you so much for helping us set up our grandson’s fish tank. You are so helpful, and knowledgeable. The fish tanks at Tropical Fish Room are the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere.

Went in looking for fish, the sales man was friendly at first but then learned we didn't have a heater for the tank and then it went down hill from there. Told us to heat the tank over night, then come back. Seems reasonable but then we asked to get plants to set up the tank and he stright up refused because the tank wasn't heated and what would the plants eat if there is not fish. What?He was overall really unhelpful and rude personality from him that was not appropriated and I will not be going back.
