Don't believe the hours that they post, as been open from 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, as you will waste your time going there as they are not open. Was there today 5/21 at 10:35am and they were not open.

The woman who works there was incredibly mean and disrespectful to me over the phone, I politely asked for a quote on an antique machine and was interrupted, insulted, and dismissed before I could even tell her the brand and model.However, I've heard that Mike himself is a great guy. I'd recommend getting serviced by someone else though if she remains a part of his business. It's not worth being treated with such indignity.
