I’ve been working with Qalius for AWS infrastructure and hosting for several years now, and their communication is absolutely world class. Benedikt, Rich, and Dan are able to think from the customer’s perspective and suggest exactly what I need, sometimes even before I know I need it. The clarity of their explanations shows deliberate and much appreciated empathy for the challenges that we face, and I’m never left wondering whether I need a second opinion because their work is that thorough. These are highly technical and competent AWS engineers who have a rare business acumen that allows them to understand our business needs and provide holistic solutions, regardless of your level of technical proficiency. I highly recommend this team.As a side note, it’s difficult to get in touch by phone, which is sometimes frustrating. However, they’re very good at responding to emails and service tickets.
