New Orleans Pizza

Sorry I see you replied but I don't know how to reply back so I'll do it this way. I order pizza there once a year when we go to the cottage and Wireton. I ordered pick up was sold it would be 20 minutes I showed up 40 minutes later they had not started making my pizza yet and told me that deliveries were priority. I waited 20 more minutes for my pizza and I will show you the photo there's not even cheese on some of it

We were in town for a short visit and took out a large pizza for dinner. The serving staff was very friendly and recommended the best pizza toppings.Pizza itself was ok too so no complains.

We have been using this place for years. It has had its ups and downs, but it seems like more downs than ups as of late. The two biggest problems as of late: what happened to the crust? It seems like they are using the dough from a pizza one size smaller. it rolls out super thin. Toppings/cheese aren't always even either. Big empty spots - not always properly cooked, etc... But that isnt the worst part. If you order something and they get it wrong - its your fault. Just be prepared for that. Most recently I ordered a deal, they billed me for something more expensive (not sure what) exta $5 - whatever, then told me that I actually ordered something else, which didnt make any sense because if that were true then they overcharged me by $15 and gave me extra stuff that wasnt on that deal. It was of course my fault that I did this, so I begrudginly left paying $5 too much for not enough stuff. This weekend my wife and I had a discussion and decided that it was worth the time and gas to go to owen sound and get pizza from a different company. I give two stars because I don't think the people are the problem- this restaurant is managed poorly. The manager is not properly training staff on communication skills (to get orders straight) best practices (to ensure quality) or effective ways at dealing with customer service issues (as is evidenced by many other reviews). This may be the only pizza shop in wiarton, but they have to stop acting like it or others will do what we have done and just go to the next town. It really isnt that far of a drive. Hopefully NOP management can read this and make some improvements.

Two Large meat lovers pizza with 4 dipping sauces cost $60 they said delivery would be 30 minutes and it took over an hour the pizza was cold by the time it got to us.

Placed an order for pickup over the long weekend - service was great, and was pleasantly surprized by the pizza and cheesy garlic strips. However, the wedges we ordered were still cold/crunchy/frozen.

Made a late night pickup call for two large pizzas and chicken wings. Was not disappointed. Pizzas were flawless and so were the chicken wings.

We were passing through the city and it was the only place open at 9.15 pm. We ordered supreme plant based pizza and it was very delicious. The employee lady was very polite. Mostly recommended.
