So happy I called, them, I was given info by other people to call their goto guy. I thought this was weird. I know people don't shop around at this point in life but once i reached Acetone funeral home, they took all the weight off of our families shoulders. I expected this comfort to be merged into the bill but it was not. Our deceased wishes were followed to plan and came well under costs that were calculated by neighboring funeral companies. the estate saved thousands as our deceased requested and we were glad to respect our deceased wishes thanks to Acetone Funeral Home.

My Mother=In Law passed away in February th. is year 2023. And we had to make funeral arrangements. We wewere reffered to Accettone Funeral Home by a family friend. We were comforted during this process ny their Funeral Diector Mary Ann, who did an incredible job in explaining and assisting us with every detail. The process made us feel supported at this sad time.

During our family’s time of profound loss, the staff at Accettone were truly amazing. Their kindness and compassion were exceptional and they treated our Mother with so much dignity and respect. MaryAnn was so attentive and helpful and gave us a great sense of comfort and peace.

We are so grateful and thankful for the experience that we encountered at Accettone Funeral Home. From the first phone call to the last moment at the burial, the service and professionalism was beyond expectations. It's such a difficult time they helped us get through each day. Answered all the calls and anytime, all our emails, and allowed us to mourn in the space as a family without being over our shoulders. Dino, Maryann and Brad are all stars! They know their stuff and really makes things at ease. It's a one stop shop and again the customer service was excellent. We would highly recommend this funeral home. Its a very warm environment. Once again my family will use the kind and compassionate services of Dino Accettone. This truly is a family run operation and you are made to feel like part of that wonderful family. Why anyone would use the services of corporate funeral homes (who own cemeteries and certainly push their extended services) is beyond me. This is a long time in the making. My brother passed away today and I guess I suppressed my feelings from my sister funeral a decade ago. She died suddenly we booked her funeral arrangements in Ajax with Accettone Funeral Home. The church mass was in Ajax and then burial in Peterborough where my father and grandparents are buried. We arrived at the cemetery only to find her grave was never prepared for her burial. I will never forget this - I have no other memories of her final resting place. Horrific and it has taken me this many years to talk about it. No apology, follow up just wanted the bill to be paid. Hopefully over the years things have changed but it was time to address this. Horrific experience I would wish on anyone.
