Dropped in on a Sunday and purchased a pair of hiking shoes/sneakers. Nice, accomodating staff who were very eager to help. Terrific selection of various items for various activities in-store. Shop local!

Similar to other reviews, my experience with these guys was first rate. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and above all very helpful. Given the pandemic I found that the store had a surprising amount of accessories to choose from. They have definitely earned my business.

Outdoor Elements has a passion for bringing health and sport into communities. They sell quality products for good prices but more than that they are into getting people active. Shortly after meeting the owner he lent me a pair of snowshoes so that I could go snowshoeing with an outdoor group in the city. These are people who genuinely care.

Great shop! We had many questions about buying a bike rack, John and staff were very helpful and answered them all. They even assembled and helped us instal the rack on the car giving us a great tutorial on on the features. Thank you!

Rented kayaks online and decided to cancel them the day before due to bad weather. I called them directly to cancel, and they said no problem. Nevertheless, my credit card was charged the next day and I haven't been able to reach them by phone, no response by email. Writing this review is my last resort - I just want my money back.
