This evening I went to the counter and ordered 3 regular chicken noodle soup, I drove 5 min away and ended with 2 soups completely empty because the tops of the containers melted one on top of each other (like my order was placed in the bag). There was soup every were and I even burn my fingers trying to clean the mess.... I am so disappointed about the way the lids melted and how it turned out not having enough soup for my familly. Got pictures there lucky I can't post them, really not happy about my experience at that Tim horton

Restaurant is closed all the time, super frustrating making the drive through lineup punishing. And when you get the order, it’s either missing something or messed up. Food is served without a care in the world

I went to the local Tim's near my place and had ordered three large ice caps along with two chipotle wraps and an english muffin with bacon. All three of the ice caps were 3/4 full and when I asked about the reasoning of having a medium ice cap but being charged for a large, their explanation was that this was the new obligations that were put into place. I had disagreed with the lady at the window and said that other Tim Hortons establishments filled it to the top of the cup just before the lid is attached as that is the proper amount. She had said that I was wrong and that these new" regulations are set only allowing the employees to fill the cups to the fourth white line after being whipped. If this is the case then Tim Hortons has seriously hit an all time low. This specific location used to be amazing before the new staff was hired. I've had another experience with this same place where I had asked for a chipotle wrap and was served a Tim club. I had said that I paid for the wrap I'd like to receive the wrap. The lady looked lost and confused until I showed her my receipt and only then did she comply with me. Looks like this location is lowering its standards for their products and their staff."

Ben met us at the door at closing. They spotted that we were Americans and did not know the area. To prevent our inconvenience of having to find a new location, he opened up shop again just for us and happily made our beverages. Outstanding character. Thankyou ben!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even when they were out of certain items, they offered extras just to make sure that I had a great breakfast.

Very surprised!!! I wish we had this in the states! I had a Turkey sandwich that was amazing and my boyfriend had a chocolate smoothie that blew him away!!

Red flag here! Rude, irresponsible and unprofessional attitude makes the worst staffs and manager on duty in Candiac, please hire some nice and good employees! will never come back again!
