My fiancé picked up her wedding dress back in December and when it arrived she was told they were out of stock on garment bags with no offer of supplying one once more were ordered. Now she has a 140) dollar dress loosly wrapped in plastic from the dey cleaners and i have to close my eyes eveey time she needs something from her closet. Wish I knew this back then I would have posted this review a lot sooner.Response to the owners comment.Several months? Miscommunication? What are you even talking about. At no point was she offered a bag when stalk arrived. And I was unaware that almost half a year was several months" since the wedding has already happened and we had to purchase a garment bag somewhere else your "kind" offer is pointless now."

I was there not too long ago, looking for a dress for a friend's wedding. Lily, the staff who helped me, was extremely helpful and patient. The staff also gave helpful advices as to how to care for the dress/match accessories. I felt very comfortable being in that space trying on different dresses. :)

Feb 2021. Excellent customer service from the young lady who helped my daughter pick an amazing dress for grad... but the chiming-in from an elderly lady was not only incorrect regarding how the dress was to be worn and fit (in an attempt to help sell the dress, I assume), but another lady was dismissive and condescending to me when I suggested I'd alter the dress as needed myself. In front of my daughter as she struggled with the decision of picking her first fancy gown... on a day that should've been a special experience for us as mother-daughter... who traveled and stayed overnight to buy at this shop... in a year where they basically had no fun grad celebration to wear this dress because of the pandemic... THIS was our weekend away celebrating her and her grad.I bought the expensive, beautifully beaded dress and altered it myself (because I'm a seamstress) and she looked amazing at her very brief grad experience.

I came in with my sister today to find her a VERY LAST MINUTE (2 weeks) wedding dress in a plus size, praying something was in stock. We spoke with Joanne over the phone who was very kind and eager to help. We came in and worked with Lily who was super kind, helpful, has good taste and also didn't make us feel rushed even though they were closing soon. We are very happy with the service, and we ended up leaving with a dress. Thank you very much!

Amazing, helpful staff!! My daughter had a change of heart after she placed an order for a dress and they were so kind and helped her get into a prom dress that was 100% what she was looking for!! Highly recommend

Lovely ladies! They are very happy to work within hour budget but make sure you talk to your teen about your budget prior to even entering as dresses do get expensive and a crying teen is the last thing you want as a parent and they want as sales associates. Communication is key and they are amazing at it!

Wonderful experience! We've been looking since September for the perfect dress for my daughter, Joanne was so helpful, she really knew her stuff in terms of not only style but color and overall cut/fit! We're elated to have found her the perfect dress, they have a great selection to choose from, our experienced was very professional, yet relaxed and we did not feel rushed as we had previously with other shops. I would highly recommend Grad Central, and will definitely be back when my second one graduates!

A great variety of dresses; I easily found what I needed for an upcoming wedding. They are incredibly kind, positive, and patient people who work there and they helped me find something flattering and comfortable.
