No staff, service takes forever. Sold me a television channel package without telling me it was a 3 month trial package that quickly expired. Cancelled all my Bell products.

Worst customer service ever if i wasn't forced to go there i wouldn't. 2 years ago the staff and the management was better than now .

The carrefour Laval Bell store has great salespeople the problem is with getting customer service from the actual company. Their internet is great but make sure you look at that bill carefully or they'll rob you blind without thinking twice about it.
